In the original Sonic Canon, I couldn't find who was the inventor of the Omochao.
So in my AU, Tails is the creator of the first Omochao.
He was always fascinated by the Chao, but never liked the idea about raising one...
So built one instead!
Based on a evolved neutral Chao.
This Omochao is to serve primarily as his assistant with various of technical help.
The Omochao was given the name Buddy!
