Since people are actually interested in this sort of this, here is the first of the pencils for the upcoming Kirara portfolio that  caliosidhe (Michelle Latta, go check out her page) and I are doing. Total is five images each, this is one of the non-adult (and what I mean by that is no nudity) images that will appear in the portfolio. As you can see I don't really shade anything in the pencil stage, especially when it is going to be color, like this one will be. Think of this as 'stage 1', pencil outlines.
