It knows your every steps - Sneaking, crawling, even a single drop of your sweat - it knows where you are, as long as you're directly on the sand. STAY. ON. THE. ROCKS.
--DATABANK--
This giant centipede burrows in the calm region of Wattage Sand Zone, dubbed "Cleared Dead Zone".
Mandible: The Sandtiple only relies on mineral debris within the sand for sustenance, the mandibles are assumed for self defense only. Both mandible has an ether gland, which it uses to spray toxic ethers onto anyone or anything that enters it's territory. While these ethers are not particularly dangerous, they allows the Sandtiple to detect the victims even if they're not standing on sand, much like a beacon.
Plating: The Sandtiple is covered by a hard exoskeleton that shields it from the hot climate of the desert.
Antenna: The Sandtiple has poor eyesight, capable of only seeing movements in it's direct line of sight, it relies on it's antenna for detecting it's surrounding. It has 2 pairs of antennas, a pair of longer one at the front, and a pair of shorter one at the back. They help the Sandtiple detects even the lightest movement on the sand all the way at the opposite side.
The Sandtiple is highly territorial, it'd stop at nothing to get rid of anyone or anything that enters it's territory. In addition to spitting ethers, it has the ability to fire a psionic wave attack, that also provides the exact location of the intruders. Once the intruders are out of the territory, the Sandtiple would immediately stop pursuing and retreats. It's vulnerable against electricity, this solely keeps it from wandering into other part of the desert.
There's rare amethyst crystals on the sands - those immediately attract the Sandtiple.
Assessment: Extremely territorial, avoid contact with sand
