Older piece that I still kinda like.
Rouge isn't my favorite character ever, but I think she's got a neat, if not overtly sexualized, design. Gave her purple eyeshadow here, 'cause I think it looks better than blue. As Adam Savage once said, "I reject your reality, and substitute my own." Or something like that. I have a feeling I'm gonna be living by that motto in my future.
Done in oil pastels on colored paper, which I have discovered is the most wonderful thing in the world.
