To My Darling Jackal. I Love You, Jan. I always will.
For my darling Jackal.....I love you with all my heart....and I will always love you until time runs out....thank you for always being there for me....Ill miss you “Jackal” Jan.
The Legend of Jackal Jan
Not all who wander are aimless, they say. Some travelers have a purpose....and this one did...
Her name was Janet, a beautiful Jackal with silver white fur that glistened under the hot Arizona desert sun. Wild at heart, and a heart of blazing fire. The queen of the cactus, the dame of the open desert....that outlaw known as....Jackal Jan.
As the years grew, so did her loot. Always on the go. Her old silver steed..... Some say she was a hero....some say she was a cruel mistress, administering blows to the unjust government. But I saw her as my best friend....
….I was still a puppy in that sleepy town....I walked off the road...and there you were.....A beautiful Jackal with gorgeous brown eyes...laying down by the side of the road....under a tree....
“What are you looking at, kid?” I remember you saying to me...
You were much older than I.....but we became friends none the less. I remember that faithful day....
...Iremember you, sweetie....I always will....
The wild heart that you had, always running from the law, and secretly giving to those who needed you most....A rebel without a cause, as some would see. An angel with a gun, and a shroud of mystery....
Now, my dear....this part chokes me up most....as I stand here under that same tree....where we once stood....knowing the truth....
….Gunned down....your rein had ended too early.....gunned down by the ones you ran from....my outlaw hero. My Jackal Jan.
I hope that your spirit is free at last to roam in the desert that you loved so much....free from running....Free from the oppressions....and the find the greatest treasures to rob.
I love you my darling, my Jackal Jan.
This story is dedicated to my love. My darling Jackal Jan whom Ill love and treasure for the rest of my life.
Jackal Jan Neval (September 19,1932 – October 29, 2010)
