When I (re|cross)posted the Camp Leaning Trees series on FA, rubbervixen commented that she had to interrogate Atropos for the full story. My muse was tickled by the comment, with this story being the eventual outcome. Between the thinning fourth wall and the nature of Vikki's skin condition, this chapter is non-cannon or alternate universe (take your pick) to the main Camp Leaning Trees storyline.

During the writing of the first draft, I practically lampshaded the breaching of the fourth wall, though this was toned down through the editing process with rubbervixen. Vikki of course is/belongs to  rubbervixen and is used with permission.
