i have this weird thing with names, even every litter of rats ive breed each baby ends up with a nickname weather i mean to or not. But that is a good point that the buggies aiint gonna come running across the cage when you call them XP

lol iv had her out on me paw a few times but she dont like it XD the only time i handle her is if i need to.
Yea i know what ya mean i do that too somtimes lol but it changes everytime but none of them bar the mantis and crab have official names.
It would be awesome to have a tarantula that responds to its name XD

are there any of the spiders that actually do like being handled? I just always figured none of them were ever particularly happy about it
and have any of them ever bitten? i read that unless you're like, a baby or a little ole grandparent that they cannot kill you, but that it still hurts like a bitch

this one http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4537586/ she seems to like it. shes a lovely girl and when i handle her she just walks up and down my arm like "oohhh this is new :)" normaly i never really handle them unless i really need to cuz some dont like it and it stresses them out.
ive never been bitten but i was told its like a bee sting and ive also never been stung by a bee lol but some tarantulas are more toxic than otheres. the one to avoid is the ornamentals. there bite can make u very ill and put u in hospital although no one has died from there bite that i know of.

they are just so damn pretty! But my girl would never let me have one, and of all the things id like as a pet, its the only one she has a problem with. so i just get to drool all over other peoples 8 legged fuzzies

aww the good ole cobalt blue, i have one of them. sadly shes webbed herself in her hide and never comes out.
its a shame cuz i would love to get some pictures of her and post them. shes a very pretty girl.
thats a shame about u not being able to have one. i went through the same thing when i lived at home. i managed to talk the perants round to it though. they thought i only had one but i managed to sneak a few more into the house >:3

maybe next time ya gotta clean her habitat ya can wrangle her long enough to photo shot her sexy spider butt lol
and yeah it was like that after i got my first rat, i had to move back home for a bit and my mum was soooooo upset and nervous about it
within a month she would come into the apartment, walk right past me and grab Thor out of his cage, sit him on her shoulder and go do dishes like that lol.
if only tarantulas were as charming id be set!
