Endo is typically the prey being kept within pred to be let out later. Absorption is more of a type of digestion.

Yeah she's a plushie that becomes more sentient the more she vores, stealing soul energy type deal. She resets back to plushie form if she 'dies'. :3c thanks for your interest~

Plushie version of a mutant species. Basically these plushies are enchanted similarly to yokai, they live long enough and get loved enough, they become sentient, then slowly eat smalls like insects and mice, then gain movement and just keep going. They require life energy to become sentient and thus often have to steal it from all around them. There's a lot of that in my works, as I own the species.
