Probably one of my more visually complicated characters. Drawing him is a nightmare not gonna lie.

B-2 was developed as part of a scare tactic program from a powerful control-hungry country. Along with twelve others, they were all uniquely made and dropped into varied towns and cities around the world to manufacture fear, inevitably becoming local cryptids and keeping the local population in a consistent state of unease.

B-2 in particular was a curious case, as not long after deployment to a medium-sized self-sustaining town in the woods he was subjected to a thunderstorm. By all means, he should have been fine in the dense woodland surrounding the village, however, he did eventually get struck by lightning, frying a few of his inhibitors. Completely cutting him off from the orders of his superiors, unable to receive updates or send reports, and with a malfunctioning self-diagnostic program, he inevitably became somewhat self-aware.
