Earthworm Jims girlfriend Princess Whatshername (yes her actual name) is being controlled by a robotic "coronation dress" and is attacking Jim. In one scene she pulls back for a punch saying "I'm really sorry about this." in a really monotone "I'm SO done with this." voice. I may be remembering the scene wrong though.
This gives off the same "I'm really sorry about this." vibe.
