the xenomorph we know (from movies) is not the real xenomoph, but the "Human variant"
they are all different flavors and species depending on what they inpregnate

Oh I know bro, I'm deep in that messy lore, the whole avp universe has a death grip on my attention, it's basically my special interest. I do be drawing up a version of my little pivot xeno so that he's not just some random xenomorph and my little monke brain can go "heehoo look it my oc"

well technically even if they are not the strongest they hinted and creators commented (and I believe it was commented on comics) the human Xenomorph is much more intelligent than many, or at least can improvise and come with creative ways to adapt/act (just like humans) allowing that variant to think for itself unlike many others who act more like a hive mind
So a human Xeno-queen would be one of the scariest as its offsprings would have that creative mind, which also increases the chances for rouge xenomorphs, and that's dangerous for every1
