For  Kaylii 's birthday, I made her a cake :)

This is the first time I've ever made a cake that didn't involved making it and just slathering on a layer of icing, and I think it turned out well!

The fondant is home-made, but the cake mix was just some yellow-cake mix I got from the store, that I flavored with mocha (mmmm coffee). It took longer than expected to make, since I ended up accidentally dropping half of it on the floor, so I had to make another cake to redo the body of it (the neck, head, and tail are the only parts of the original cake, haha.....)

They're cutting it up more while I'm typing it. It just got beheaded. Poor giraffe xD
