I felt this way before, I was with someone for about 6 years, but I wasn't attracted to them after the first year. Too many arguments. My taste in personality changed. And I felt like I kind of settled because of loneliness... It makes me feel shitty to say that, but this was almost 10 years ago and we are friends now. I felt it wasnt fair to waste his time when someone else could love him more than I could.
