A silly little idea, loosely based on the "Cat got your tongue?" saying, that turned out great!
We have an anthro cat teasing an anthro rat by pulling on his tongue, stretching it out in the process.
I love the expression on the rat's face, the "weight" of the stretched tongue, and just the wonderful compromise of "toony" and "realistic" styles!
