Dale gets a new job at a beach restaurant called W'otters. You might think you can guess how this goes, but...

Story for  stellarvulpine , which I can finally post without being ashamed at not getting a certain other story done at all! (That one is not done but I'm actually getting there now.)

This plot happened because I noticed I'd accidentally written two similar names! The character Jerry is a cameo from "Two For One Raccoons".

So here's what happens:
Dale shows up at the start of the two week period, as Denise, carrying winning lottery numbers for a drawing about to happen. Denise greets new-loop Dale. Denise buys a lottery ticket and wins. Meanwhile, new-Dale profits less dramatically from investment advice. The two week period ends, and Denise explains the situation to new-Dale. New-Dale vanishes, flung two weeks back in time. Denise gets on with her life, including investigating some unrelated shenanigans that happened to a friend (from another story).

Is it bad that I've found another use for this aquatic TFTG icon, if a slightly different version of it?
