Dagby is the black and white, Tyco has the shirt and through process of elimination leaves Silvy.
Some digging led me to Silvyshadow
and in his gallery was a character sheet for an otter that seemed to match the specs of the one in the photo. He even said he was commissioning a fursuit from said pic: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2682575/
However, there seems to be another "Silvy" suit out there. I don't know whether or not it is owned by the same person. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3330434/
Note that Silvy is the Otter on the right, still bearing some resemblance to the aforementioned profile pic. Not to be confused with
RedclawtheOtter.
