I never really thought much of Dewgong before, don't know why I decided to draw one, but I sort've like how it turned out? Trying a new painterly style thing, inspired by
's speedpaint tutorial.
Yeeaaah, the masquerade mask looks derpy, I'll admit, but masquerade was the theme of this contest. No way around it really :P
Any crits/helpful tips regarding the actual painting part are welcome! Just be kind, please!

I am flattered on all fronts! Dewgong was definitely an experiment, but it was fun trying to draw one when I otherwise wouldn't have bothered :P
