22nd century Mahoka. A military operative turned disillusioned rogue vigilante and merc whose bloodlust and sense of justice make him a force both for tremendous good and terrifying carnage. His left arm, lost in the war in which he served, was replaced with a cybernetic appendage. The prototype procedure necessitated a full neural link with nodes through his body and brain stem, which has left him in constant pain and prone to psychotic rages and "visions". The arm has some perks, however-it can crush steel and shred flesh with ease, and can be adapted to shoot flame, bullets, extend a blade, and even carry a small RPG launcher on the shoulder mount.

In the new fiction I'm writing, this character, along with a few others folks might recognize from my little FA pack, will be featured in a gritty, grimy, techno-dystopian future city where every shadow holds a secret, every smile hides a sin, and every street has a story to tell.
