Kitty: Okay, folks! Before we move on to the Duet Finales of the Masked Toon Singer Season 5, we need to unmask the contestant eliminated from Group D, the Earth Goddess, and send her back to her universe.
Fred: After that amazing performance? It's kind of a shame, really.
Cadence: I know, Fred. But, sadly, that how the game goes.
Earth Goddess: Oh, don't worry about it. I've participated in various competitions much like this one. But I've learned that it's all about the effort and the experience, and not about the prize.
Chick: Aaaaawwww, that's so sweet.
Isabelle: Now that's a good sport right there!
Kitty: Yeah, that's pretty much all that matters. But before we figure who the Earth Goddess is, let's check out the first impression guesses for her, shall we?
*The TUFF Troopers head down into the underground vault, and retrieve the first impression guesses for the Earth Goddess. They return to the stage with them, and Kitty begins to read each one.*
Kitty: Alright. Here are the first impression guesses for the Earth Goddess.
Terry's first impression guess: Paulina from "The Thea Sisters"
Cadence's first impression guess: Thea Stilton from "Geronimo Stilton"
Chick's first impression guess: Colette from the "Thea Sisters"
Stew's first impression guess: Violet from the "Thea Sisters"
Fred's first impression guess: Miss Bianca from "The Rescuers"
Isabelle's first impression guess: Thea Stilton from "Geronimo Stilton"
Kitty: Well, that about does it for the first impression guesses. Time to see who's right and wrong as we...
Everyone: TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF!
Earth Goddess: (removing her mask, revealing herself to be Colette of the Thea Sisters) Bonjour, Masked Toon Singer! :D
Kitty: I don't believe it! It's Colette, one of the Thea Sisters!
Chick: I was right! I was right!
Terry: Well, the rest of us were close. Except for Fred, obviously.
Fred: Hey, how many other French speaking mice do ya know?
Colette: Well, Monsieur Flintsone, Miss Bianca would've been too small to fit in this costume, anyway.
Fred: Well, it would've been modified to fit her, anyway. So... oh, never mind.
Colette: As for the rest of you, I'm sure Thea would be over the moon with those guesses. Along with the other sisters. ^^
Isabelle: I'm sure they're bouncing up and down with joy right now at your reveal.
Colette: Indeed they would be. ^^
Kitty: Colette here is one of the Thea Sisters, a group of young female mice who attend Mouseford Academy in their namesake spinoff book series of the Geronimo Stilton series. They studied under Geronimo's sister Thea, and after being inspired by her incredible investigation skills, they decided to form their own detective group at the school. Colette hear hails from France, and she's the fashion-conscious member of the group.
Colette: Oui, that's correct, Madmoiselle Katswell. :) We even had one case where we went to Paris to uncover a big fashion scandal involving costumes that dated all the way back to the French Revolution. One of my family members was caught in the middle of it all, and thanks to me and the other Sisters, we were able to get to the bottom of it all, and she created a whole clothing line dedicated to our adventures around the world. As well as our own countries of origin.
Isabelle: Well, that's very nice of her to do that.
Cadence: Y'know, you being so fashion-savvy reminds me of Rarity, whom we had just unmasked this season.
Colette: Oui, I guess you can say that. It's very easy to draw comparisons between the two of us. XD
Cadence: Yeah, I guess so.
Stew: Uh, I have a question. Did one of your cases had you take ballet classes of some kind? 'Cause the ballet shoes from the Clue Well.
Colette: The Thea Sisters and I participated in a ballet competition in one of our stories, and there was some controversial stuff going on behind the scenes. So, naturally, we uncovered it. And we did fairly well in the competition, too.
Stew: Oh, I see.
Fred: But, does your school know about your detective work and what not?
Colette: Thea does. And she couldn't be more proud of our hard work. ^^
Fred: Well, at least THAT'S something!
Isabelle: Don't be so rude, Fred. I'm the faculty at Mouseford Academy are also quite proud of their efforts, too.
Colette: Oh, they are. Although, they ARE questioning how our adventures have interfered with our studies. I guess that's what happens when you're doing detective work while still in college.
Cadence: Yeah, I hear from CHS that the Rainbooms go through the same thing.
Terry: I can see that.
Kitty: So, Colette, any particular reason why you chose to come onto the Masked Toon Singer?
Colette: Oh, Nicky told me and the other sisters all about it after she was eliminated in Season 2. We all drew straws to see who would give it a try as well, and I wound up drawing the shortest straw. But I managed to make it THIS far at least, and I was SO close to making it to the semifinals. I would've made Nicky proud if I returned to Mouseford with the Golden Toon Mask Trophy.
Chick: Well, if you ask me, I think she's already proud of you for making it this far at least!
Isabelle: Yeah, you were amazing, as your performance proved.
Colette: But it wasn't good enough to keep me from being eliminated.
Fred: Yeah, but you were still pretty amazing. You had such a beautiful voice. :) Had us all in tears.
Stew: It takes a whole lot to get me cryin'. So you did a good job on it.
Cadence: So, don't stop chasing your dreams, Colette. You really could go places with this gift of yours. :)
Colette: (tearing up as well) Oh, merci beaucoup, everyone. I'll never stop dreaming, and I'll be sure to become more famous one day. But right now, I just wanna hang out with my friends, and possibly get into more mishaps all over the world.
Terry: Well, that's good. Except for the whole mishap thing, anyway.
Kitty: Don't worry, Terry. It happens to me nearly every day. ^^; But, anyway, since Chick was the only one who got Colette right, he gets a point in the running for the Golden Toon Ear Trophy, landing him in fourth place with three points. Terry's still in the lead with six points, Cadence still has five points, Isabelle still has four points, and Fred and Stew are still tied for last place with two points a piece.
Chick: Oh, yeah! This ol' bird still got it in him! ;)
Fred: Well, you got ways to go before you catch to Terry. I should know.
Terry: Yeah, well I'd like to see him try!
Kitty: Yeah. Anyway, that about does it for each Group's playoff round! Next up, it's time for each Group's Duet Finale, where the last two remaining contestants of each group will perform with a veteran contestant on our show to see who will advance to the big Battle Royale Finale! But for now, let's hear it once more for the artist formerly known as the Earth Goddess, Colette of the Thea Sisters! (gives Colette a microphone)
