A heavy duty pressure suit with more in common with a full fledged space suit than a simple flight suit. It was developed alongside the Imperium’s Project Hummingbird, an attempt to develop a high altitude-high speed spy plane. With the relative success, the suit would see use with Hummingbird‘s direct follow up, Valkyrie. The plan being to develop an equally high altitude/speed capable bomber.
While not too popular with aircrews due to the weight and bulk of the suit, it’d do it’s job of keeping them alive well. Even in the event of ejection at high speeds.
