After some time of making comics and images, I decided to update my commissions page, do have a look and have and let me know if you're interested in any commissions from me. uwu

Rules.
Be Patient: I have work and other life things that go on between commissions, so be patient, and I shall get them done.

(!Updated!) Payment: Commission payments will be done via Paypal. Payment plans are an option if the order exceeds 100 USD. For example, you can pay 50% of the price upfront and then pay the remainder of the cost overtime, or pay the remainder once the commission is completed, the choice is yours. Though work will be done on the commission, the full order will not be posted or shared until it has been paid in full. Also, due to Paypals new policies, when ordering a commission from me, do not mention anywhere in your payment that the payment is for a commission, mainly due to Paypal actively terminating accounts for selling and/or purchasing nsfw content with the word "commission" being a buzzword that can lead to both buyer and seller accounts being banned.

Comic commissions that exceed four pages will be broken up into packages of two pages which will be 40usd each, mainly to avoid overcharging and burnout. (Extra character fees still apply if the number exceeds three.) Payments for the final product will not be collected until the commission has been completed.

Details: When making a commission, please specify what you want in your commission, ranging from kinks, characters, etc.

Models: When making an SFM commission, I may ask you to provide a link to the model source or its creator if I do not have it available to use.

First Come, First Serve: Commissions are all first-come, first-serve, meaning that anyone who commissions me first will get their image first, and then we go down the list from there. If a commissioner is paying in partial payments, the commissioner next on the list will have their work be done whether or not the previous commission is completed or not.

You Must Be 18 Years Or Older To Commission NSFW Content: Due to the risk of underaged users commissioning NSFW content, all users must provide their DOB when making any kind of commission that contains NSFW content in order to confirm their age, users that are under the age of 18 will only be relegated to making SFW commissions. Any attempt of underaged users trying to make any NSFW commissions or users refusing to confirm their age will have their commission rejected, further attempts or lying about their age will result in said user being blacklisted.

Private Commissions: You can opt to have a private commission done, private commissions are commissions that can be seen by you and you alone. Private commissions will not be posted in the main gallery or in scraps, nor will they be reposted on any other site. If a private commission is made, the commissioner may post it in a private server or within a private friend group, but they are not allowed to repost it in their gallery nor any other public forums, sites, or servers, if this is done, the commissioner will be asked to have it taken down. If the commissioner fails to comply with this, the piece will be reported, and the commissioner will be forbidden from making future private commissions. Also, even though these commissions are private, the "Will Do", "Can Do", and "Will Not Do" sections still apply, any attempt to purchase a private commission featuring anything from the "Will Not Do" list will be declined outright.

Terms of service.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason whatsoever.

Any form of aggression, hostile, and/or toxic behavior that is expressed towards me or other users that take commissions from me will not be tolerated, any users who express this type of behavior will be blacklisted.

Any attempt to use my works to either start, spread, or continue drama towards other users on this site or elsewhere will not be tolerated, any users who attempt this will be blacklisted.

In the case that a commission is to be canceled for any reason, the commissioner will be refunded in full.

As the commissioner, you reserve the right to repost any commission that you have paid for so long as I receive credit for the work, the model creators also receive credit, and so long as the commission isn't a private one. For textless commissions, you have the right to use the description box to add context or story to said image or comic if you so choose to.

As the commissioner, you do not reserve the right to make any edits to the image/comic upon completion which includes, recoloring, text editing, and removing and/or adding onto the image/comic after completion. You also cannot claim ownership of models, assets, and characters that do not belong to you.

When making an SFM commission, you may be asked to provide a model of said character or asset that is currently unavailable to me, this includes a link to the SFMlab, Steam Workshop, or Mods.tf pages. If a certain model or asset is only available via other means such as Patreon or Subscribestar, please provide a link to the user of that profile, do not redistribute models from these sites unless permission has been granted by the creators of said models.

As a commissioner, if you wish to ask for a commission that involves or includes another users OC or OCs, then please be sure that you have asked permission from the OCs owner before asking for a commission involving them. Failure to do so and failure to provide proof of permission will result in the commission not being accepted.

Any attempts to ask for commissions for users who are blacklisted, regardless of the reason, that commission will be declined.

(!New!) As the commissioner, you do not reserve the right to use any works that you commission from me for any generative AI, nor do you have the right to use them for other things such as NFTs and so on, any attempt to do this will result in you being blacklisted.
