A commission from  Hiorou of Arcten heading home for the night! It is like a modest sized apartment (and later a huge estate, and onward and upward from there!), but is an extraplanar space. It is something only Arcten, or those he gives permission to, can access, provided Arcten follows certain rules. Bringing in objects belonging to others can function as an inadvertent invitation to the space to the owner of the object, and the owner might bring friends. Arcten has designed his dwelling in such a way that he would need to make a deliberate act of will to pull an object that is not his across the portal. He is strict in following his rules, as he is immensely fond of the safety and security of his extraplanar dwelling.
