After using so many bases myself i decided that while my health would let me i would put together a small base <3
I studied a couple of different anime eyes and ended up with this. It has simple layers that are locked so you just add colour

I have a couple of simple rules, please read before you download
1.Please dont use this base to make profit. You can get another to colour it, use it for personal or gifts
2. PLEASE credit me when you post, even a simple "base by mitsukilunamaxwellarts" will work <3
