The green faced vigilante decides to visit Gotham, and wanted to make sure one particular person was one of the first to meet on his list. Its been a while since I drew anything with the Mask. And the first time I drew anything from the Batman series. Since I struggled with getting the style right, I decided to accept its going to be off model.
The dialogue is actually ripped from a page of the Joker/Mask comic from the early 2000s. In that one the Mask, who possesses the Joker, gives Harvey a wedgie.

The whole comic itself is actually pretty damn good. Lots of nutty artwork!
