"Harubaki (or Haru) is one of the six leaders of Atsali, the largest and prosperous city of Illnys. Although the title is not very familiar to her, since after certain events some undetermined years ago, she wanted to disassociate herself from that responsibility. Nevertheless, she continues to fulfill her main task as a transformant, and that is to stabilize and maintain the balance between all the forces of the universe within her possibilities."
