Woof had a Lopunny doodle week~
Just being able to doodle whatever I want again is very refreshing and fun, and Lopunny is one I've never tried before.
Honestly I don't like the original design very much, like especially for a show largely directed at kids, but at least that
means you can have fun poking fun at it and exaggerating the hell out of it x3
Also makes for a perfectly fluffy and huggable macro companion. Just gotta hope that your Pokeball still fits her, might
have to upgrade to a different model.
Background was fun as always, finally having the stamina to really fill up the pages again~
Aaanyway, hope you like it :love

*Edit: Thanks to you guys, I learned how Buneary actually evolves, lol, therefore title change. Wish I could still be into Pokemon
games in order to actually pick up on those details xd Also according to the Pokemon Wiki, especially
Buneary, for some reason, is very hard to befriend, so that's probably a whooole lot of friendship going on here~

At least her clothes grew with her.
Pokémon media is weird with Pokeballs. In-game, anything works with everything, but some are more advantageous than others. Manga had a giant Haunter, which needed a giant Pokeball. Anime had a Gulpin that was made giant, only the Heavy Ball would work.

To be fair, the giant Pikeball was when the games were still only Gen 1, and the Heavy Ball was Gen 3. Speaking of, the Heavy Ball in the anime was the size of a regular Ppkeball, it just worked better on heavy Pokémon. Lots of Pokeballs had specific advantages, some less useful than others. Moon Ball worked great on Pokémon that need a Moonstone to evolve, for example, but worked like a regular Pokeball on literally anything else.
According to Pokemon Legends: Arceus, pokemon naturally possess the capability to shrink in size (Which also handily explains why you can hide an Onix in knee-high grass in older games lol).
The pokeballs take advantage of this, as well as a pokemon's instinct to curl up to feel safer, in order to catch them.
In the manga, pokemon are shown physically inside of their pokeballs because the top halves are often transparent.

good drawing i must say and i see that Lopunny has been won not only size, also has been won some of musculature to see that you can see the muscles of their arms and legs, at least such Lopunny seems more anthro and that makes better, let's wait see what does their trainer for can manage their new size before for that can generate problems for the people of the city, well... good drawing and let's wait see more of your works friend, to see that miss their presence by here
uhh I don't do anything special with them to be honest, just rough sketching where the houses are gonna go and then filling them up as much as I want.
Like I often don't even have fixed vanishing points, it's mostly just gut feeling x3 So yeah, no tools or anything.

in this picture no, just normal pencil without any tools. After a while you get a good feeling for straight, smooth lines, not perfect of course, even if you have to use the undo button a lot to try again.
In other pics with let's say skyscrapers and tons of windows I use tools more often, but here, where there are mostly only short lines that you can easily do manually, it's not really needed.
