I'm almost certain that Khaki here doesn't have any issues with walking around without any underwear on; I mean, his sister does it all the time from what I've seen. But then you have someone like me who'd frequently remind him of how...exposed he is with just the shirt and vest, so I imagine he'd eventually start to feel half naked. So...picture him shouting "stop looking!" or something :p
