The roof domes and the waterfalls make me think of Naboo from Star Wars. Looking promising.
Its really nice setting up a scene in 3d, albeit time consuming, the end results tend to be worth it - especially if you're to do landscapes and elaborate arhitecture in illustrations/concept art. :>

It does have a Naboo feel, indeed!
Blender can be time consuming. In my case I still have difficulties remembering all the shortcuts and using the program! :/ Sometimes I find it more effective to directly jump on photoshop and start painting, but if I'm doing a complex scene with buildings and perspective, then 3D is really worth it!
