Get my Chibi icon base pack for yourself with over 100 layers to mix and match. Possible add-on packs may come in the future.

AS ALWAYS once bought do not distribute the base to others. Please direct them to my link to buy it for themselves.
You can use this base for your personal art or to make and sell icons images on. I only ask that if you do not edit any of it yourself that you do not sell them for more then 15$ each. If you plan to take commissions and edit the base completely to fit that character then you may sell it for however much time you put into it. Try to be fair and reasonable!
