Terreon/Burrow (ブーロ)
The Digging Pokemon

It can individually modify its paws in order to increase the strength and size of its claws. These claws are known to be strong enough to easily break concrete.

Likely due to its burrowing nature, captive instances have an affinity for burying themselves under blankets.

Terreon is conceptually based off of burrowing animals, specifically moles. The gem on its chest is not only based on how gems are formed underground, but is also a reference to a cherokee tale on why moles live underground.

Terreon's shiny coloration is loosely based on the fur color of moles.

Terreon is derived from the Latin word "terra", meaning earth, and the suffix used for all eevee evolutions

Burrow is literally burrow and is inspired by the naming convention for a handful of Japanese names of Gen 1 Pokemon, particularly Eevee's original evolutions.

HP: 110
Atk: 130
Def: 65
SpAtk: 60
SpDef: 65
Spd: 95
