Shigholth is a latias that is more attuned to her psychic powers and wanted to learn more if possible. She heard of the psychic sanctuary that helps other psychics attune their powers so she went there and was greeted by Morvan/Morvania and they took her in. For a few months she trained her mind and opened it up to the night sky and cosmos with Morvan/Morvania's help along with a few others with him. After 2 months she finally found her inner power and embraced it and her usual form changed to that what you see her as today and she's happy with her new form.
