I made one of these awhile back! thought I could offer them as commissions.
I use the app vaedotube mini for animating the busts, which you can google to find set-up material on.
The base price will include 4 frames (mouth close with/without blinding, and mouth open with/without blinking)
I can add extra frames starting at $25 per.
The starting price is $80 depending on character complexity. I can do any species including humans!
