The war will be won, one battle at a time, no matter how long it takes. For Ukraine, and for a free Russia able to make their own choices without fear, devoid of bloodshed, then there will finally be peace. Then I can finally be with Anarog for the rest of our lives!

Then atleast one without bloodshed that won't have the means to threaten the world, I can't recall in history the world being as united as it has against one nation (even more so than Nazi Germany). Regardless history is being made and anything is possible and shouldn't be ruled out.
But Russians as-is are heavily brainwashed over the generations and they'll need to be given a free choice for themselves to think for themselves and shown that Uprooting the Kremlin does NOT mean the end of Russian culture and customs. Thou it will likely take occupation by western forces to make this happen (See Germany/.Japan)
The likelihood of all that? It would be also be unlike anything any nation(s) have done before, all I know is things can't keep going the way they are for Russia and something will change... Likely from within.
All we can do for now... Is wait and see.

Any change in regime will lead to another tsar or Putin. Because it is happened before. 1917 lead to Stalinism. Collapse of the USSR in 90's lead to Putin. This will repeat again and again.
They will prefer to nuke all world rather than being occupied by western armies. Because they really hate this idea and will prefer to die fighting.
Any revolution is impossible without support and sponsors. You can't just go on the streets and fight. It is not like in movies about fighting evil government. And if it will be supported by Europe or US, they will not join it. Because many consider West as their eternal historical enemies. And thanks to all sanctions there are even more of anti-western sentiments. Many even hate both Putin and West who, as they think, is hating them all.
We'll see if there are any future.

I think when Putin will go away, there will be someone more peaceful. Unlikely there will be much change in their government, but ulikely have such ambitions.
And if most russians do not want to have anything with Western civilisation, so better to respect this desire (you can't make anyone to love you by the force) and let them live alone in their world with their own ways, but with guarantees that they will not attack anyone ever again.
