I got such issues with experian card. Thankfully, I got rid of them. And it didn't help I addressed their customer support. I waited for ages to get the response and no solution. Now the reviews on the https://experian.pissedconsumer.com/review.html website show that it was the right decision to change the card. I'd never recommend experian to anyone.
