Forgot to mention elsewhere (I'm sure you know where), but the fourth panel is a little crowded. Recommend either pruning the dialogue or drawing a background that's a little more generic (like a shot of their hands or the food being prepped).
Still, a good comic, and I still love that "tumor fuel" remark. XD
