i thi think i need a small story to a better explain...
my first Idea was that she make a mechnical dance robot because chip refuse the attention she want becaus he hase only his work in mind.
But if she dident create it...the only other expert in the serie would be Professor Norton Nimnul... but the evil doc most time see in the roddents. only some perscy animals that ramdome dirsupt him and not smart skilled expert that want to crush his plans... well later he understand that those animals are really communictat to each other and work on plans and want active stop him... but even then i not assume that he was clever enough to speificatet trick gaget with an android....
