I've decided to widen the scope a bit on my daily sketches.
From now on I'm not limiting myself to one particular method such as stick-figure skeleton or draw-what-you-see from photo reference.
As long as it's some sort of figure it doesn't matter what exact method I use or what type of figure it is.
I'm still sticking with the 1 hour time limit and the single brush limit though.
Another Transformers Animated character tonight.
This time it's Swindle.
I tried for a slightly more 3D angle on this one, and for the most part I think it turned out pretty well.
Kind of got a bit lost with the perspective when it came to the big gun, but other than that I 'm quite happy with it. I'm really proud of how his head and his legs turned out.
I forgot to check the time when I started, but I think it took about 30 minutes. As usual, it was drawn with the toy as reference.
I want to colour it, but that will have to wait for another day. I must sleep now.
