[#5 in sequence] Waffle Face, the Griddle Alien
Thanks to the very funny Toyfair magazine (especially "Twisted Toyfair Theater," which is "Robot Chicken" with still photos and comic book word balloons and captions), I found out about something called "the Grid Alien." I think it's from the "Alien vs. Predator" movie. Somehow it got a scar on the top of its head that makes it look like it tried to head-butt its way through a chain-link fence.
First I thought of "Griddle Alien," but hit a dead end. Then I remembered that a friend of mine who works in apartment maintenance said that professional carpenters really prefer something called a "framer's hammer."
The photos I found on the web didn't make clear that it actually has a grid of four-sided pyramids on its face, so I thought they were pits.
That just means Waffle Face could make right-side-out waffles, except the hot waffle iron on which he fell asleep would still leave pits.
Next up, the special power of Waffle Face
