Custom includes front view, back view, 2 heads, items (weapons|medallions|elaborate headdresses) or an additional outfit for the character.
For AB you will receive an additional outfit with items.
In custom there can be humanoid, anthro, various types. But not animals.
But if you are in doubt, you may clarify in the comments or by writing me a note.
