You have to understand how much more work goes into something huge like that; considering that I charge between $30 and $60 for various hats because of their complexity, think of it this way: a 4 foot tall plushie would be a lot more work than 4 hats, but $200 works out to 4 $50 hats.
A 4' plushie would start at $500 and go up from there based on complexity.

At that size, would $200 even cover the cost of supplies? Considering these things are completely hand made, $500 is pretty reasonable. Most artists I know would charge an hourly rate for a project that huge, plus a base rate for the cost of supplies, which, at the end of it all, would probably end up being well above $200, or even $500, even if only minimum wage were charged.
