The Tsuki Jiban is quite a special glaive in a few ways other then it power or harmony with the earth. For Aruna Xiang it is also a symbol of love. Back in the past a bit after Pampatabi help Fenyx hatch so Phoenix and his tribe with a few other bear Pokemon tribes could founded the kingdom of Pangororria. Phoenix's Xiang clan and Aruna's Pearl clan were the two biggest of the 4 tribes. With agreement of all that Phoenix and Aruna would marry to become Pangororia's first king and queen. But young Urshifu want to get his bride a fitting gift for their wedding. So Phoenix would set out before to the wedding to Arruna's ancestor home of old land of Sinnoh but it in this era it was getting a new name that reflect it even older name, New Hisui. So he head there and climb up to the top Mount Coronet. He finding the old ruins and a statue of an ursaluna. For Arunna family was the same as Noble Pokemon of old Hissui. Phoenix didn't know at the time but Aruna's grandmother had been the Noble Ursaluna that the Galaxy Team hero had calm from frenzy of that strange lighten from time rift had cause. And he knee and pray to Arceus but another pamp god would hear it. As arceus know that Yuri fulfill this request better. So the divine Rhyperior smith went to work forging up the Tsuki Jiban and toss it down to mortal realm below. And crush land on the ursaluna statue and smash it up to piece. Also scare Phoenix with statue sudden explosion. Yuri also worried Arceus be mad about his bad aim but it was just old stone answer the divine poke. Phoenix would return to Pangororia with the divine Glaive and after a diaper change. To Give Aruna her gift and have a wonderful royal wedding.
