Here´s a sample of animals my Ness shares their world with. Their first names are what the Ness calls them in their native language while the secondary names are what Sir Prize calls them in english. From top-left to bottom-right:
He-Groscha/Glowbacked Hornbear: A genus of Estemmenosuchus-derived therapsids native to the fungal swamps of Mlorn (Gloom Lagoon). They are bear-like omnivores that feed on fungus and amphibians. They have 3 pairs of bioluminescent spots on their back which can change glow intensity, allowing the hornbears to communicate non-verbally.
Crigg/Trow: A genus of mole-like dicynodonts with huge claws and tusks for digging and a flat beaver-like tail. Are a keystone species in making new habitats; if some caves haven ́t been made by geological forces then a Trow mass-digging are accountable for it. They are very sensitive to vibrations and can communicate with each other by tapping or knocking on the terrain with their feet, tusks and tails. Their smell is also extraordinarily keen, as it helps them detect toxic gas-pockets and stay clear from them. Due to these skills, the Ness consider them sacred.
Gurrtashk/Stone Troll: A herbivorous genus of gorilla-like tapinocephalids with bulging rock-like texture, allowing them to camuflage as boulders and providing protection from most predators. Species living in dark areas have eyes with a tapetum lucidum.
Zirrik/FlutterDragon: Tiny Coelurosauravids whose skin flaps have evolved into powerful muscled wings. Similar to butterflies and dragonflies, FlutterDragons come in many head crest shapes, color patterns and wing shapes. They come in both herbivorous and carnivorous forms.
This is the only animal based on something from the Happy Ness show, more exactly those bug-like flying lizards.
