Chuong: Based on the name of who wrote the letter, it sounds like he was born to Brazilian expats working in Greenland.
Silent Night: Possible, or he could be one who legally changed his name to fit in with Brazilian society more. As for the marching polar bears in my country, that's normal in Greenland.
