Venastrigids are a diverse clade of dragons that have adapted to fill many niches in their respective world. These adopts are based on the species for which the whole clade got its name; the Venastrix/Venastriga. These are dragons who function in a similar niche to eagles that hunt in open plains/mountains; they will ambush prey from the air or tackle larger prey from cliffs.
