A critter you don't see everyday, a tufted Puffin! Commission for Etopirika. :) This head was fun and challenging, and the markings on the beak were complex and definitely took a bit more time, but in the end I think the final look is well worth it.

THIS IS SO ADORABLE!! your next character should be based on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5jG.....p;amp;index=26 83
wow, that is the first puffin suit I have seen that looks right I live in newfoundland canada where our provincial bird is the puffin, nad every time one is made into a mascot it....sucks this one doesn't. I ahve always been looking forsomone who could pull off this...only problem now is that the puffin character squaking in my brain si also a tufted puffin...a female one...back to the drawing board
Thank you very much! :) Well, these days it's honestly difficult to pull off a completely original species, since so many different types of critters are being made into suits these days. A critter can definitely still be same species and still look very different though, it's all in colors and small details, even expression too. :)
