They are the parents of Roy Greyhead. You may remember him from this commission, this other one or the most recent one
They're the heads of their own business, one who is known for 'advances in anti-aging cosmetics', which adds to the mystery of how old is the couple, because nobody knows for sure, but they didn't seem to age at all, even after Roy's birth.
They are very overprotective of their son. And given that Emma Glamour is Roy's godmother, you can guess they have similar personalities, lol.
So yes, they're as famous and wealthy to be in the same status as Scrooge, Emma, Mark and Flintheart.
