well, the way i see it is, if ya feel ya need to loose weight, you don't have to starve yourself or count carbs or something.
just be aware of portion sizes, incorperate fruits and veggie into your meals as much as ya can, and you don't have to exercise persay. i actually just walk around and explore. i don't use machines or do complicated moves. surprisingly, it works pretty well if ya keep at it. :3
