Prompt: hacker
The detective looked up from watching the crime scene technician dust for prints as his junior partner, a Rottweiler, came into the living room. “Bill, you gotta see this.”
The Doberman glanced back down at the CST before shrugging and following the Rottie. “Whaddaya got, Phil – oh.”
The victim’s computer sat on a desk, a meat cleaver buried in the tower.
“What does this mean, Bill?”
Bill pushed his ball cap back and said, “It means we’re not only looking for a murderer, Phil – we’re looking for a hacker.”
