Yeah, Brian had been living with diabetes for some time, and the complications took out his heart. It was very sudden, and quite unexpected by the List at large. Felix was less prolific as an author, but he made it to as many Bashes as he could in his poor health -- he was one of our older members, with many health problems, and couldn't get one of the heart problems treated without losing his senior housing. They are missed. Brian wrote some of the best stories in the Blind Pig setting, moreover, to say nothing of his contributions to the Great Round Robin that produced the Winds of Change and other stories.
