Here’s my latest snack mix creation, nothing says love like oven-baked goodies all coated in a honey-bbq butter and toasted to crunchy perfection!

Here’s how I did it:

1-preheat oven to 300
2-mix 2 cups mixed honey cereals with 4-6 cups bbq and honey flavoured nuts/pretzels/snacks
3-take butter/margarine and microwave for 45 seconds then mix in honey+ground mustard+bbq seasoning and mix well before microwaving for another 15 seconds,l
4-spread snack mix onto a non-stick baking tray and drizzle on butter mix, then spread with spatula to combine until butter mix is fully incorporated
5-bake for 30 minutes while stirring every 10 min (careful not to let it burn!), then let cool for 15 before returning mix to bowl
6-serve and enjoy!
